About the position

The Content Writer position is responsible for creating and managing various types of marketing content to enhance the company's online presence and engagement. This role involves collaborating with different teams to produce high-quality content that aligns with marketing strategies and meets deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Create content for marketing collateral including one pagers, email campaigns, social media posts, blogs, press releases, case studies, and white papers within the stipulated SLA.
  • Actively manage and promote the company blog, pitching articles to relevant third-party platforms.
  • Analyze content marketing metrics and make regular updates based on findings.
  • Collaborate with the design team on innovative content marketing ideas.
  • Work with technical staff to write technical papers for products and solutions.
  • Update all marketing collateral regularly.
  • Liaise with the UI/UX team to keep website content up-to-date and use SEO best practices for writing web page copies to generate traffic.
  • Generate new ideas for daily social media posts.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to study market competitors and outline content strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content writing or related field.
  • Expert in market research and requirement gathering/tracing.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to bring new ideas to the table.
  • Proficient in using MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
