About the position

As a Content Writer at Moveworks, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, high-volume content that showcases how our AI solutions are transforming employee support. Your role is crucial in scaling communication and conveying the value of our products in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will produce diverse content aimed at engaging our audience and driving lead generation, while simplifying complex AI-related topics.

Responsibilities

• Producing a diverse range of content, from blog posts and guides to educational materials.
• Adhering to established messaging frameworks and style guides to ensure consistency with brand voice.
• Collaborating with team members across the organization to align content with overall strategy and objectives.
• Simplifying complex AI-related concepts and delivering valuable insights to the audience.
• Crafting content from end to end, ensuring published material is polished and reflective of brand guidelines.
• Continuously reviewing and refining content to resonate with the target audience and reflect brand voice.
• Demonstrating openness to constructive criticism and incorporating feedback into future strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS industries.
• Exceptional storytelling abilities and strong writing skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to produce a large volume of content efficiently across various formats.
• Strong team player with effective collaboration skills across departments.
• Efficient and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain high-quality output.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience working with high-tech startups or mid-sized SaaS companies.
• Familiarity with emerging content creation trends and technologies.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for web production and Asana for project management.
