About the position

Responsibilities

• Develop copy for websites, email campaigns, advertising, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing leaders, sales teams, and other stakeholders to create compelling content.
• Produce multi-platform content to engage the market and support sales processes.
• Submit intake documentation and follow processes for asset development and deployment.
• Utilize sales and customer feedback to refine and improve content.
• Propose and create thought leadership content to position the company as a market leader.
• Experiment with innovative approaches to demand-focused content.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in biotech and biopharma sectors.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing or copywriting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in biological science preferred.
• Formal training and experience as a content writer or editor.
• Experience writing engaging copy for various platforms, including social media and email campaigns.
• Understanding of marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
• Experience producing in-depth content for drug development or diagnostics audiences.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strategic mindset.
• Resourceful, creative, and pragmatic approach to content creation.
• Strong storytelling ability with a background in biotech or biopharma sectors.
• Understanding of marketing processes, the buyer journey, and demand generation.
