The Content Writer role at TEKsystems is focused on creating engaging and tailored content to enhance the recruiting and hiring process. The Content Writer will collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency in the company's brand voice while tracking the effectiveness of campaigns to improve engagement with potential candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and create written and visual content for various platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Work collaboratively to plan and execute targeted campaigns to maintain communication with talent communities.
  • Cross-collaborate with internal departments to meet business needs while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Track and report results of campaigns to support recruitment marketing efforts and generate insights for improvement.
  • Audit and maintain company profile pages on platforms like LinkedIn and Handshake.
  • Perform additional assigned work as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Communications or Marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience developing written communications and creating engaging content.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Ability to use Job Posting platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Strong Project Management skills and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
