Numetric is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Content Writer to join our Customer Success and marketing team. This position is remote but candidates must be located in Utah. The Content Writer will work closely with the Senior Manager of Education and Documentation to deliver high-quality content for various purposes, including customer training, conference marketing materials, social media, newsletters, and case studies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough research on industry-related topics and collaborating with multiple teams, including customer success, sales, and product, to transform key messaging into captivating stories. The Content Writer will develop a comprehensive understanding of our software and product offerings, generating ideas for new content types and blog posts. Writing clear, concise, and engaging content that adheres to the company's style and tone is essential. The role also involves editing and proofreading content to ensure grammatical accuracy and coherence, as well as optimizing content for SEO to increase organic traffic. Staying updated on industry trends and adjusting the content strategy accordingly is a critical aspect of this position. The successful candidate will possess excellent writing and editing skills in English, strong research abilities, and attention to detail. Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems (CMS) is required, along with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Creativity and a passion for storytelling are highly valued traits in this role.
