About the position

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and bi-lingual (English & Spanish) Full-Time Content Writer to join our team at Adamson Ahdoot LLP, a premier personal injury law firm in Los Angeles. The role involves crafting engaging, SEO-optimized content in both languages to effectively reach and resonate with a diverse audience. The Content Writer will be responsible for creating a wide range of content, translating complex legal concepts into clear, relatable language, and ensuring alignment with the firm's mission and values.

Responsibilities

  • Write compelling, well-researched, and original content in both English and Spanish for blog posts and website articles.
  • Create ad copy for digital and print campaigns.
  • Develop voiceover scripts for videos and commercials.
  • Compose email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Design client-facing brochures and other marketing collateral.
  • Develop SEO-friendly content strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the firm's mission and values.
  • Conduct thorough research on legal topics, client stories, and industry trends to ensure content is accurate and relevant.
  • Edit and translate content from vendors, maintaining a consistent tone and voice.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing best practices, content trends, and algorithm changes.
  • Approve topics and content provided by vendors.
  • Manage freelance writers.

Requirements

  • Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both languages.
  • Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.
  • Familiarity with personal injury law or a willingness to learn about the field.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Experience creating ad copy and scripts for voiceovers is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in WordPress or other content management systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
