About the position

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support talent acquisition and administrative tasks, including scheduling candidate interviews, administering applicant testing, and maintaining testing results. This role serves as a primary contact for candidates and involves managing HR records, reporting, and assisting with special projects and billing for contract staffing. This is a long-term opportunity with potential for full-time conversion.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Workday HRIS experience a plus
  • Basic math through Algebra
  • Strong written & oral communication skills
  • Grammar, punctuation, spelling, & attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with all levels of the organization

Benefits

  • Compensation of $20-25/hour, based on experience
