Overall management of the Walton site's continuous improvement activities. This includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: Help support the Continuous Improvement approach within the site, co-lead BSC events and projects, assist IMP process audits, manage site reporting of Continuous Improvement related KPI's, co-lead site and Corporate CI events, support Participative Innovation Program, assist coaching of One Safran projects, and support the growth of the belt approach within the site. Support Lean Methodologies and Tools, support the deployment of some of SLS and Safran methodologies, tools and good practices (FOD, Human factors, Poka Yoke), support departments adopting 5S, assist the deployment of QRQC within the site, and support Kaizen Events by leading the facilitation of some GB tools. Perform other related duties as required.
