Responsibilities

  • Talking to customers over the phone and documenting conversations
  • Greeting visitors

Requirements

  • A background in either data entry or an administrator role is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High School Diploma
  • One year of experience is required
  • A strong level of proficiency in computers and various programs
  • High level of accuracy while maintaining quality
