About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to join our team. This newly created position within the Finance Team will play a crucial role in managing contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and supporting business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients to ensure favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct thorough document reviews to identify potential risks and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for contract proposals and legal documentation.
• Manage contractor relationships and oversee the execution of contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Engage in strategic planning to align contract management processes with organizational goals.
• Review and bill Software and Maintenance Contracts.
• Support business development efforts by preparing proposals that meet client needs.
• Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documentation for easy access and reference.
• Track contract expiration dates, analyze profitability on contracts, and renew expiring contracts with the customer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in contract management or administration is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in drafting and proposal writing are essential.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for the organization's interests effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration across teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Inside Sales or Customer Service experience is a plus.
