The Contract Administrator for Healthcare Supply Chain at Cedars-Sinai is responsible for administering departmental purchase and service contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and specifications. This role involves analyzing costs, negotiating agreements, and liaising with various teams to maintain high customer satisfaction while managing contracts effectively. Responsibilities

  • Administers departmental purchase/service contracts and prepares proposals and pre-contract data collection.
  • Analyzes estimates of material, equipment, and/or production costs.
  • Reviews contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy and specifications.
  • Negotiates and/or administers licensing agreements, including renewals and invoicing.
  • Verifies all aspects of orders, including pricing, to ensure compliance with company policy.
  • Acts as a liaison with technical, finance, or legal teams on matters requiring review.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing, Business Law, Economics, Business Administration, or Construction Management preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of Contract Administration experience required.
  • Experience with government regulations, compliance, and audits preferred.
