About the position
The Contract Administrator position involves supporting federal, state, and local government clients through full lifecycle acquisition and contract management. This role is fully remote and requires the ability to manage contracts from planning through to closeout, ensuring compliance and effective execution throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive acquisition plans that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential vendors and solutions.
- Assist in the preparation and evaluation of solicitations and manage the award process.
- Oversee contract performance, ensuring compliance with terms and facilitating necessary modifications.
- Execute contract closeout procedures, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and documentation is complete.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full lifecycle acquisition and contract management.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and regulations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in contract management or related fields are a plus.
