About the position
The Contract Administrator position involves supporting federal, state, and local government clients through full lifecycle acquisition and contract management. This role is fully remote and requires the administrator to ensure seamless execution from acquisition planning to contract closeout, contributing to the efficiency and compliance of contract processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive acquisition plans, aligning with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential vendors and solutions, ensuring competitive and informed decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation and evaluation of solicitations and manage the award process to secure beneficial contracts.
- Oversee contract performance, ensuring compliance with terms and facilitating any necessary modifications.
- Execute contract closeout procedures, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and documentation is complete.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full lifecycle acquisition and contract management.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and regulations.
