The Contract Attorney/CPA/Enrolled Agent position at MoneySolver involves negotiating client tax resolutions and completing tax returns while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the case. This role is designed for independent contractors and allows for flexible case assignments based on experience. Responsibilities

• Negotiate client tax resolutions and complete tax returns.
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the case.
• Work in conjunction with TDN procedures and use the provided case management system.
• Adhere to best practices and regulatory compliance standards.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 100 tax resolution cases through the ACS directly with the IRS.
• Extensive knowledge of IRS processes and procedures, including collections, examinations, and offer in compromise.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Internal Revenue Manual and IRS policy.
• Ability to work with and resolve all income and debt types.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to promote synergy and provide guidance on case strategy.

Nice-to-haves

• State resolution experience is a plus.
