The ideal candidate will possess over 3 years of pre-litigation experience and an active Texas licensure, focusing on pre-litigation case preparation and management for high-profile cases.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-litigation case preparation and management for high-profile cases.
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of all legal documents.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines, including signing NDAs for client protection.

Requirements

• 3+ years of pre-litigation experience.
• Active Texas licensure.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in spelling, grammar, and document preparation.
