About the position

The Contract Compliance Specialist at Leidos QTC Health Services is responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA and ADA regulations within subcontracted facilities. This role involves conducting audits, analyzing documentation, and providing guidance to both internal teams and external providers. The position is primarily remote but requires travel to various clinics as needed, with a focus on maintaining compliance and identifying trends in provider management.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate in-person audits with internal teams and communicate with providers to arrange visits.
  • Facilitate outreach and guidance to providers for administrative desk audits.
  • Analyze and interpret documentation from in-person and desk audits.
  • Document audit findings and collaborate with the PRA team for additional support as needed.
  • Provide feedback and education based on audit findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad hoc audits as requested by internal leaders or the VA.
  • Assist leadership with audit information for compliance reviews.
  • Stay updated on relevant OSHA, ADA, and VA guidelines.
  • Travel to support site inspections, audits, and meetings as determined by leadership.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related field, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • 3 - 5 years of progressive compliance experience within the government services or healthcare industry, with at least 1 year in provider network management.
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License.
  • Ability to pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.
