About the position

The Contract Coordinator position is a hybrid role based in Las Vegas, NV, focusing on managing contract documentation and facilitating purchase order processes. The role requires a candidate with at least one year of relevant experience and involves collaboration with various departments to ensure contract modifications and requests are accurately tracked and processed.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating PO increase requests and PO close out.
  • Documenting changes in a contract tracker.
  • Uploading modification changes to appropriate files.
  • Following up with Supply Chain to ensure all changes are completed and verified in the contract tracker.
  • Assisting with tracking the exchange of RFP documents with project managers, Supply Chain, and leadership during the RFP process.

Requirements

  • Greater than 1 year of experience in contract administration or related field.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Oracle Fusion contract system.
