About the position

The Contracts Data Analyst position at Aston Carter involves maintaining customer pricing programs, preparing detailed reports, and supporting sales efforts associated with assigned contracts. The role requires proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel, with a focus on ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in contract management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer pricing programs and calculate customer pricing using formulas in MS Excel and MS Access.
• Prepare detailed reporting and analyze for discrepancies using MS Excel, MS Access, Microsoft BI, and other tools.
• Address internal and external customer requests in accordance with departmental service levels.
• Contribute to the contract launch and marketing process for new programs based on the established launch plan.
• Maintain contracts repository with pertinent contract information for internal and external customers.
• Complete general contracts administrative tasks such as filing contract notices and submitting routine correspondence.
• Protect confidential information and materials in accordance with policy.
• Identify and escalate any contract-related concerns to appropriate contract management stakeholders.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of data analysis experience.
• Proficient to Advanced in Microsoft Excel, including V Lookups and SUM functions.

Nice-to-haves

• Four (4) years of data analysis experience if no degree.
• Familiar with computer reseller contractual requirements.
• Contracts experience.
