Peopleshare is urgently hiring for a contract Data Entry Clerk in Glen Allen, VA. The role is full-time, with a schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and offers a pay rate of $22 per hour. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining communication between customers and the sales team to effectively process purchase orders using Salesforce. Your duties will include entering relevant data into the company's procurement or accounting systems, which encompasses item descriptions, quantities, prices, and delivery dates. You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation for auditing and accounting purposes. Additionally, you will assist in managing inventory levels by tracking stock levels and reorder points, leading problem-solving efforts, and establishing standardized processes for continuous improvement. Another key responsibility will be to assist in maintaining accurate customer documentation within internal systems, ensuring that all data is entered with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
