Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Employee Relations experience.
• Ability to write investigative reports.
• Experience with ADA accommodations.
• Strong understanding of international labor laws.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Benefits

• Hourly rate of $55-$66/hr, commensurate with experience.
