As a Contract Maintenance Professional, you will play a crucial role in analyzing unliquidated obligations (ULO) and assisting the government in administering contracts. Your responsibilities will include drafting modifications to contract documents such as Technical Task Orders, Award Fee Plans, and Deliverables Lists (CDRLs). You will also track, analyze, and report contract costs while monitoring contractor performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and the receipt of goods and services. This hybrid position allows for partial telework, enabling you to work one week from home and one week onsite. In this role, you will conduct research to identify responsive vendors and populate a repository for reference. You will also correspond with vendors regarding stale ULOs, ensuring effective communication and resolution of outstanding obligations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, finance, customer service, or business, with at least two years of relevant experience and an Associate's Degree with a business focus or 45 business-related college credits. A Bachelor's Degree with a business focus may substitute for the years of experience and the Associate's Degree requirement. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required, including demonstrated use of formulas, functions, and charts.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Two years of DoD, IC, or commercial experience in contract management, finance, customer service, or business.
  • Associate's Degree with a business focus or 45 business-related college credits.
  • Bachelor's Degree with a business focus may substitute for the years of experience and the Associate's Degree requirement.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including demonstrated use of formulas, functions, and charts.
