About the position

The contract manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of contracts in our organization. You will ensure that all contracts are drafted, reviewed, and executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and regulations. Your role will involve liaising with internal & external stakeholders, such as legal counsel, procurement, finance, and operations teams, to ensure that contracts meet business objectives while mitigating risks. Additionally, you will maintain accurate contract records, monitor contract performance, and handle any contract modifications or disputes that may arise. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities will be critical to success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • Ensuring contract terms comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to understand contract requirements and objectives.
  • Managing contract approval processes and timelines.
  • Maintaining contract documentation and records.
  • Monitoring contract performance and compliance.
  • Resolving contract disputes and issues as they arise.
  • Implementing improvements to contract management processes.
  • Providing guidance and training on contract matters to stakeholders.
  • Maintain up to date records of contracts for the agency.
  • Generating reports and analytics on contract performance, compliance status, and key metrics.
  • Providing insights and recommendations based on contract data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Presenting findings and updates to senior management or stakeholders as needed.
  • Partnering with the Internal Audit department to conduct periodic reviews and audits of contract management practices to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a contracts manager or in a similar role.
  • Must be over the age of 21.
  • Minimum of 5-years driving experience required.
  • Possess a Valid FL Driver's license (within 30 days of hire if currently do not possess).
  • Possess a continuously valid US Driver's license for the past three years, from date of issue required.
  • Safe Driving record required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to deal with operational and clinical staff.
