The Contract Manager for Wärtsilä North America will oversee marine accounts contract management activities, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting quality, financial, cost, and time targets. Manage customer contracts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversee Customer Relationship Management throughout the delivery of contract agreements.
Execute assigned contracts in accordance with Wärtsilä procedures.
Prioritize actions that lead to increased customer satisfaction.
Continuously develop understanding of how to create value for customers and their businesses.
Understand customer needs to ensure contract renewals.
Plan, budget, and manage results for work under the scope of the contract.
Optimize assets tied to the contract, such as inventories and receivables.
Communicate with stakeholders as per procedures, including internal reporting.
Ensure quality of work related to contract execution and improve working routines.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
5 years of experience in the marine industry.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Experience in contract management and negotiation.
Ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment and changing priorities.
Authorization to work in the USA without sponsorship.
