About the position

Southern Veterinary Partners is seeking a highly talented Graphic Designer to create and maintain marketing assets and content for recruitment and business development. This role involves conceptualizing and executing visual representations in both print and digital media, enhancing the candidate and partner experience while ensuring brand consistency across various touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with strong communication skills and a passion for visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design multi-channel creative assets that are engaging and clean, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Ensure all corporate creative assets enhance SVP's brand identity and align with the company's culture and capabilities.
• Differentiate SVP as the preferred partner for veterinary practice owners considering selling or partnering with a veterinary consolidator.
• Scope and create templates for the marketing team to improve efficiency across multiple channels.
• Manage design needs such as campaign collateral, presentations, signage, and trade show materials.
• Develop graphic templates for web/email campaigns, landing pages, and print materials that support individual hospital needs.
• Outsource to and manage freelance resources when volume exceeds capacity to ensure high-quality content delivery.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree (BFA) or equivalent work experience as an in-house designer or at a marketing agency.
• Solid knowledge of typography, layout and composition, color theory, and other graphic design fundamentals.
• Strong experience excelling creatively and professionally within a deadline-driven work environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Work and experience in human or animal healthcare is a plus.
• Knowledge of video post-production and optimization is a plus.
• UX knowledge around design principles is also a major plus.
