About the position

Foursquare is seeking a Part-Time Contract Marketing Manager, Performance to join their team. This role is critical for driving measurable business results through the development and execution of B2B marketing campaigns aimed at generating revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a startup mentality and a passion for strategic thinking while being hands-on in executing multi-channel campaigns. The position involves collaboration with various stakeholders and reporting to the Director of B2B Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Build media buys and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media across various channels including social (LinkedIn & X), SEM and Google display to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including CPL, cost per opportunity, cost per meeting and return on ad spend (ROAS), synthesizing key takeaways.
  • Conduct regular assessment and optimization for goals, conversions, analytics, and tracking (e.g. UTMs).
  • Identify opportunities for testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance and drive innovation.
  • Uncover marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and goals.

Requirements

  • B2B Tech Background / Startup experience
  • Proven track record of building and scaling campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
  • In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in LinkedIn, X, Google, etc.
  • Analytical with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to operate independently and effectively to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Hubspot (or the like), and Salesforce
  • Experience working in a project management tool such as Asana, JIRA, Workfront, Canva, etc.
