About the position

The Contract Performance Management Analyst will support the Enterprise Account Management team in the Craniomaxillo Facial (CMF) and Instruments group by managing post-deal activities related to complex financing agreements. This role focuses on ensuring accurate processing of rebates and premiums, developing reporting for contract management, and mitigating issues in contract implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Account Management in post-deal management of complex financing agreements.
• Develop a support plan to mitigate downstream issues in implementing contract deals from a pricing and rebate perspective.
• Integrate Rebate and Admin Fee contracts into standard Contract Performance Management rebate tracking processes.
• Ensure all rebates/premiums/carve-outs are processed accurately and on time through the Model N system, targeting 100% completion per month.
• Notify affected parties in instances where payment is not made in a given month.
• Develop reporting to provide information regarding CMF and Instruments contracts involving rebate and admin premiums transferred, monthly status of rebates/premiums/carve-outs, and additional reporting for business reviews.

Requirements

• A completed bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including v-lookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of professional work experience in contract management
• Prior experience working in an ERP system such as Model N, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards.
