About the position

The Contract Photographer position involves capturing exterior photographs of various real estate properties in the Memphis area. This role is designed for individuals with photography experience who can work independently and have reliable transportation. The contract will begin in January and is expected to last for one month, with the possibility of completing assignments earlier.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various property locations in the Memphis area to take exterior photographs.
• Capture high-quality images of Multi-Family, Office, and Self-Storage properties.
• Upload unedited photos via Dropbox after completing assignments.
• Utilize a digital camera or smartphone to take photographs from different angles.
• Complete assignments within the given timeframe, typically requiring 2 days of work for each assignment.

Requirements

• Photography experience is recommended, though not required for professionals.
• Must have a digital camera or a viable smartphone capable of capturing JPG images.
• Reliable transportation is necessary, including a valid driver's license and insurance or the ability to use public transit.
• High-speed internet access for uploading photos is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet applications.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with real estate photography is a plus.

Benefits

• Base pay of $15.00 per property for Multi-Family and Office.
• Base pay of $12.50 per property for Self-Storage.
• Additional bonuses available for completed assignments.
