About the position

The Contract Photographer position involves capturing exterior photographs of Multi-Family and Self-Storage properties in the Gainesville area. This role is designed for individuals with photography experience who can work independently and have reliable transportation. The contract is set to begin in January and will last for one month, with the possibility of completing assignments earlier.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various property locations in the Gainesville area to take exterior photographs.
• Capture 10-15 unedited photos of each property from different angles.
• Complete assignments within a week, with each assignment typically requiring 2 days of work.
• Upload photos via Dropbox after capturing them.
• Utilize spreadsheet applications like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for assignment tracking.

Requirements

• Experience in photography, though professional experience is not required.
• Access to a digital camera or a viable smartphone capable of capturing JPG images.
• Reliable transportation with a valid license and insurance, or the ability to use public transit.
• High-speed internet connection for uploading photos.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet applications.

Benefits
