About the position

The Contract Pricing Coordinator at Patterson Companies, Inc. is responsible for maintaining and updating contract pricing in collaboration with the Sales Team and Vendors. This remote position plays a crucial role in ensuring effective internal and external communications, ultimately supporting the company's sales and profitability goals.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintenance of existing contract pricing
• Updating contract pricing in Legacy and SAP systems
• New contract set up, both internal and vendor
• Collaboration with other departments such as Strategic Accounts, Sales, and Pricing/Costing
• Vendor communications

Requirements

• 1-3 years of pricing or related experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
• Experience with Excel, Word, and email communications
• Experience with ERP systems
• Team player, self-motivated with a strong desire for success

Nice-to-haves

• Prior industry experience preferred
