The Educator role is fundamental to our success as an organization. Educators are experts in delivering world-class customer service, also known as the guest experience, in our retail stores. They are responsible for engaging and connecting with our guests, providing top-quality product education, and authentically representing our community and culture. This role requires a dynamic individual who can move throughout the store to continuously engage with guests and attend to their needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Key responsibilities include interacting with guests to assess their needs and provide customized solutions, facilitating accurate and timely transactions, and executing omnichannel programs according to company standards. Educators also contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment, collaborating with team members to enhance the guest experience and support store operations. Additionally, they perform product presentation tasks, utilize in-store technology, and maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
