About the position

The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment for various roles within a non-profit organization. This position involves partnering with leadership to develop and execute recruitment strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, performing reference checks, and facilitating the hiring process through to offer delivery and onboarding. The role is temporary, expected to last until the end of January, and includes on-site training with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Full life-cycle recruitment for open roles across programs and business functions.
• Partner with leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
• Perform reference checks.
• Facilitate the hiring process through to offer delivery, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Complete additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a full cycle recruiter.
• A bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Products.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, iCIMS, and/or Ceridian ATS strongly preferred.
• Understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral).
• Good judgment to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
