About the position

The Contract Recruiter at Telecare Corporation is responsible for coordinating recruitment efforts within the assigned region to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. This role involves developing recruitment strategies for various positions, including licensed and leadership roles, and providing support to the Talent Acquisition Director on key initiatives. The recruiter will engage in various recruitment functions, training, and partnership activities to enhance the recruitment process and ensure effective staffing for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop quarterly proactive strategic recruitment plans and goals in collaboration with Program Managers and Administrators.
  • Implement recruitment strategies for key difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Recruit and advertise for vacant positions, prescreening applications for key roles.
  • Source, screen, and conduct preliminary interviews for identified positions.
  • Track applications and resumes for key positions and distribute them to programs.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field and two years of recruitment experience, or six years of progressive recruitment experience.
  • Demonstrated skills in creative sourcing, recruiting strategies, and interviewing for diverse candidates.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
