About the position

The Contract Recruiter at CDI Engineering Services is responsible for sourcing and hiring qualified candidates for engineering positions within the petrochemical and chemical industries. This role involves managing the recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience while promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Enter requisitions into the ATS system.
• Post open jobs on job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
• Facilitate job offers and work with onboarding to facilitate new hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering recruiting.
• Proficient with job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Previous experience using an ATS system.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize job orders.
• Proven experience working virtually with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience sourcing and hiring Professional Engineers and Designers in the petrochemical/chemical/refinery industries.
• Understanding of small to mid-size capital project type work.
• EPC/EPCM experience is highly preferred.
