About the position

The position involves managing the full recruiting life cycle for JLL, focusing on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles from entry to executive level. The role emphasizes building relationships with educational institutions and veteran associations, providing recruitment metrics, and supporting diversity initiatives. The recruiter will work closely with HR partners and hiring managers to fulfill current and future hiring needs while developing new talent sources.

Responsibilities

  • Manage candidates throughout the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
  • Create and execute a recruitment plan for various roles from entry to executive level.
  • Develop relationships with colleges, universities, and veteran associations for recruitment purposes.
  • Provide monthly recruiting metrics for internal and external reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to clarify job specifications and recruitment needs.
  • Utilize various methods to identify and contact qualified applicants for positions.
  • Develop new sources to proactively build a warm bench of talent and conduct initial calls with potential candidates.
  • Work with the Director of Resourcing to create best practices for recruiting and participate in special firm-wide recruiting initiatives.
  • Create key measures of success and provide regular reporting and analysis of recruiting efforts.
  • Support Affirmative Action/Diversity initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Search firm experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with project management, construction, architecture, and engineering talent populations preferred.
  • Ability to establish relationships with all levels of an organization.
  • Proven track record of results.
