About the position

The Contract Remote Product Manager position at Calabria Group involves overseeing two agile teams focused on Pharmacy requirements. The role is responsible for managing product managers, executing the digital product roadmap, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on short-term and long-term roadmaps for pharmacy digital features.
• Own accountability and prioritization over execution and delivery of the digital product roadmap for the Pharmacy Reimagined project.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, in an agile environment.
• Responsible for conception, design, development, delivery, maintenance, and evolution of the customer experience.
• Translate business and user needs into product features.
• Review, analyze, collect and take action on qualitative and quantitative findings from Customer Satisfaction Surveys and user testing.
• Write and breakdown epics independently and review detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Utilize product management tools to create, manage, and prioritize agile team backlog.
• Mentor and drive User Experience (UX) research and design.
• Participate and engage in agile ceremonies and facilitate product artifacts.
• Demonstrate high-level understanding of technical concepts and architectural impact.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to ensure delivery of aligned product outcomes.

Requirements

• 10 years Product Ideation, Management and Development experience
• 6 years of team leadership experience
• 3 years of Case management experience
• 2 years of Agile experience
• Expertise in using Jira
• Proficiency in MS Office and Confluence
• Experience with Epic Stories implementation
• Bachelor's Degree required
