About the position

Kelly Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a premier nonprofit organization in St. Paul, Minnesota. This contract position offers a competitive pay rate of $36-$38 per hour and provides an opportunity to make a positive impact in the community. The role is full-time, with working hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, and includes a hybrid work schedule after training, allowing for two days in the office and three days working from home. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for filling open roles within the organization, which range from entry-level to management positions, in a high-volume capacity. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilizing various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, you will attract and engage qualified candidates. Additionally, you will conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions. This position is ideal for individuals with previous experience in high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a high level of organization and attention to detail. The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities is crucial. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing skills, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office, are required. Experience with affordable housing is considered a plus.
