About the position

The Contract Technical Recruiter at Red 6 will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for technical roles within an innovative Augmented Reality technology startup. This role requires collaboration with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a smooth hiring process that aligns with the company's business objectives. The recruiter will also maintain a candidate database and stay updated on technological trends to support future hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure we are delivering the best talent
• Source, screen, and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles
• Interview candidates using a combination of methods (i.e. structured interview, technical knowledge assessment, behavioral questions)
• Build and maintain candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified applicants
• Remain up to date on technological trends in order to have strategic conversations with teams about their future hiring needs
• Provide a stellar candidate experience that is transparent, considerate, and timely.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a previous recruiting position
• Proven success in recruiting for the technology sector (working both hardware and software related roles)
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (i.e. Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Tenacity, resourcefulness, and strong ability to build a solid network
• Qualified candidate must have the ability to obtain a security clearance. This requires U.S. Citizenship.
