About the position
The Sr. Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant will play a critical role in delivering consulting services for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. This position involves leading project delivery, conducting business process analysis, and providing recommendations for configuration and design. The consultant will also support sales opportunities and product demonstrations, ensuring alignment with customer needs and best practices in HCM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead consulting delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Conduct business process analysis and document decisions.
- Configure requirements and create recommendations for system design.
- Deliver project management, managing scope, timeline, and budgets.
- Lead testing efforts, including writing test scripts and staging testing data.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Support sales opportunities and product demonstrations for Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Assist in the development of sales service package offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation required.
- Proven project delivery through full project lifecycle for Talent Management.
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL), and/or Payroll is a plus.
- 5+ years of cloud technology implementation and project management experience required.
- 2+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud product demo support is a plus.
- 2+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud sales scoping support is a plus.
- Experience in eBS or PeopleSoft is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes at all levels.
