About the position

The Contracts Administrator & Sales Support Specialist at BrandSafway plays a crucial role in managing contracts and providing sales support. This position involves close collaboration with the legal team and customers to ensure contracts are accurately prepared and executed. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. The position offers flexibility to work remotely as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the legal team and customers to prepare contracts, ensuring current and updated forms are used and agreed upon terms are provided.
  • Compose and review contracts by collaborating with sales staff and referencing preliminary quotes.
  • Provide accurate and thorough completion of all activities related to servicing the customer from contract creation to billing.
  • Coordinate customer master setup and follow up on certificate of insurance requests, obtaining and verifying signatures for documents.
  • Maintain and follow all assigned contract workflows and deadlines.
  • Cross-train in billing, purchasing, and accounts payable departments.
  • Document and file according to BrandSafway standards.
  • Prepare for audits through note-taking and proper documentation/filing.
  • Perform other organizational and clerical support tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant Contract Administrator experience in the field of Construction required.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of basic contractual obligations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, & Word).
  • Experience inputting, maintaining, and updating contracts with a CRM such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to communicate, coordinate, and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to prepare required reports efficiently and accurately.
  • High degree of initiative, organization, and prioritization in professional responsibilities.
