About the position

Lynker Corporation is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the Pacific Coast Region, primarily focusing on cradle to grave client contract and subcontract administration. This fully remote position requires experience with federal government contracts and involves working closely with the Contracts Manager and Subcontracts Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Review client RFP/RFQ packages and provide comments as necessary.
  • Submit proposals directly to the client prepared by the Operating Division(s).
  • Review contract award documents and modifications for acceptance.
  • Obtain necessary internal approvals of contract documents using DocuSign.
  • Prepare client or subcontract briefs and enter data into the Contract Management Data System.
  • Prepare and administer subcontract agreements and consulting agreements.
  • Issue purchase orders for subcontract agreements and consulting agreements.
  • Maintain contract files and ensure compliance with government and company policies.
  • Review prime solicitation packages and draft subcontract solicitation packages.
  • Prepare Memorandums of Negotiation and Price Analysis of subcontractors' pricing.
  • Provide timely and accurate subcontract status to management.
  • Support Subcontracting Plan initiatives with Small Disadvantaged and Small Woman-owned Businesses.
  • Analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, and monitor subcontractor performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline, or HS Degree with equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years related experience in Federal Government contracts administration.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft NAV Accounting System is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Contract Management Systems (e.g., Contract Insight) is a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint.
  • Experience with Google Mail and Google Docs is a plus.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of practices and procedures in client and subcontract administration.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing subcontracts, including FAR.
