About the position

Doctors Medical Center Modesto is seeking a Manager of Hospital Contracts who will report to the Chief Financial Officer. This position is responsible for processing and maintaining contract compliance, supervising Contract staff, and ensuring that all objectives of the hospital contract process are met. The contracts managed will include physician agreements, provider services, educational affiliations, inter-facility transfer agreements, off-site property lease agreements, and miscellaneous agreements assigned by the administrative team. Additionally, the Manager will handle all legal correspondence related to contracts as outlined in Tenet's Contractual Arrangements Manual.

Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain contract compliance for the hospital.
  • Supervise Contract staff to meet hospital contract process objectives.
  • Manage contracts including physician agreements and provider services.
  • Oversee educational affiliations and inter-facility transfer agreements.
  • Handle off-site property lease agreements and miscellaneous agreements assigned by the administrative team.
  • Manage legal correspondence related to contracts as per Tenet's Contractual Arrangements Manual.

Requirements

  • Experience in contract management and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare contracts and agreements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively.
