About the position

The Contracts Manager for Protective Services Business Operations at Amazon.com Services LLC is responsible for providing contract management, project management, and security review support to the Protective Services (PS) teams. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contract agreements, managing legal processes, and advising internal stakeholders on contractual terms. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with both tech and non-tech teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that protect Amazon employees globally.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contract agreements and security reviews.
• Manage paperwork and legal processes, advising vendors and internal stakeholders on contractual terms.
• Oversee complex projects for the PS BizOps team through appropriate management systems.
• Write documents and perform other tasks to support business and legal teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of contracts management, paralegal, or comparable experience within a law firm or corporate legal department.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Strong analytical and computer skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with security organizations and contractor management.
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to cross-functional teams.
