This position involves managing budget and scope revisions, executing Start-up Agreements, Task Orders, and Change Orders throughout the lifecycle of studies. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across teams while managing multiple contracts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the contracting process regarding budget/scope revisions.
• Manage Start-up Agreements, Task Orders, and Change Orders throughout the lifecycle of studies.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and maintain communication throughout the study lifecycle.
• Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to ensure contract administration.
• Utilize financial skills for pricing analysis and strategy.
• Lead meetings and negotiate effectively with internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Prior experience with Contract Research Organizations (CRO) is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts of varying types and sizes.
• Strong financial acumen and numeracy skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and databases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
