About the position

The Contracts Operations Manager at Northrop Grumman is a senior management role responsible for leading the Division Contracts & Pricing Operations for Payload and Ground Systems. This position involves establishing strategy, managing resources, prioritizing requirements, and delivering financial results while ensuring the integrity of business processes. The role requires strong leadership skills, ethical conduct, and the ability to foster inclusivity within diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Division Contracts & Pricing Operations for Payload and Ground Systems.
• Establish strategy and manage resources for contract setup and management in SAP S/4.
• Oversee contract closeout processes and ensure compliance with business policies.
• Conduct data analytics and reporting to support decision-making.
• Manage CP+ budget and ensure financial results are met.
• Develop and implement sector and corporate-wide training programs.
• Ensure ethical conduct and partner satisfaction in all operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of professional experience including people management experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of professional experience including people management experience.
• Progressive leadership experience in Contracts, Pricing & Estimating or related discipline.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• 10+ years progressive leadership experience in Contracts and Pricing & Estimating.
• Degree in Business Management.
• Experience working with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).
• Proficient in SAP Sales and Distribution Module.
• U.S. Government DoD Secret or Top-Secret security clearance.
