Control Room Production Assistant (Game Day)

About the position

The Control Room Production Assistant will support the PhanaVision Game Producers in delivering a seamless game presentation for the Philadelphia Phillies. This role involves preparing the control room for home games and ensuring all production elements are executed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute copies of game day script to production crew.
• Update video playback system according to the game script.
• Update features and sponsored content for in-game presentation.
• Collect stat packets and starting lineup/rosters.
• Assist with updating note headshots for each team.
• Assist with updating Around the Horn facts for Phillies starting lineup.
• Test content with game-day Director and TD.

Requirements

• Candidates must have or be pursuing a degree in communications or have an interest in working in Video Production.
• Experience with Live Event Production.
• Eagerness to collaborate and work in a team environment.
• Ability to work all Phillies Home Games beginning March 31, 2025.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

• General baseball knowledge is preferred.
