About the position

As a Control Systems Cybersecurity Consultant at IBM, you will serve as a technical advisor for the Department of the Air Force's Cyber Resiliency Office for Control Systems (CROCS) program. Your role will involve overseeing and reporting on strategies and initiatives aimed at mitigating cyber vulnerabilities in critical infrastructure. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations to enhance cybersecurity measures in industrial control systems and operational technology.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical advisor for the CROCS program.
  • Plan, oversee, analyze, document, track, and report on government-approved strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage senior client communications and briefings.
  • Coordinate technical teams and manage schedules for project delivery.
  • Analyze and report on progress regarding cybersecurity initiatives.

Requirements

  • Project management experience including client interface, scheduling, and financial tracking.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance.
  • Experience with vulnerability management and NIST Cybersecurity Framework/controls.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Active or eligible DoD Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Industry Information Assurance certifications (A+, Security+, CCNA, CISSP, etc.).
