About The Position

The Controller at Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) plays a crucial role in managing data and communication for local operations and customers. This position involves maintaining professional interactions with various stakeholders, including warehouse and ramp operations, third-party trucking providers, and customers, ensuring timely updates and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2 years' experience in Data Entry.
• High school diploma or GED or higher.
• Ability to professionally handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to constant changes in procedures.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Good customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) is preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Typing speed of 35+ words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep Inbound and Outbound Trucks Activity Logs.
• Professionally handle Inbound and outbound calls.
• Monitor Inbound and Outbound flights.
• Adapt to constant changes in procedures.
• Create and send reports on time 'in the loop'.
• Display ability to work as a team.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Knowledgeable of Amazon Logistics System.
• Follow instructions and be willing to work and be trained in all aspects of the operation.
• Perform any additional tasks or job assignments assigned by management.
