Organizes and maintains financial accounting systems, including accounts payable, general ledger, employee payroll, cash disbursements, financial statements, cost reports, and tax information. Supervises the Accounting Department. Instrumental in assisting in financial planning, business development implementation strategy, reimbursement planning and portfolio analysis as well as be responsible for financial reporting oversight for Montrose Regional Health. Additional major functions include forecast/budget planning, third party cost reporting, internal controls, auditing/and related year end audit preparation, account analysis and reconciliation, and financial statement preparation and analysis. This position will be responsible for directing financial processes reporting to the Hospital's Chief Financial Officer.
