The position involves overseeing all accounting operations, providing strategic financial leadership, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cash flow, and foreign exchange management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audits.
• Provide strategic financial leadership through accurate reporting, forecasts, and analyses to drive profitability and monitor financial health.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, streamline processes, and implement automation to improve efficiency and support scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting, with prior leadership responsibilities.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise (Solution 22).
• Experience with China-based manufacturing (a plus).
