Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor the financial position of Kendal by preparing timely reports.
• Assist in the development of the operating and capital budget by organizing and sharing financial data with department directors.
• Prepare documentation and reports for external financial parties.
• Maintain high standards for recording and monitoring financial records in accordance with auditing standards.
• Monitor financial trends and work with the CFO to maintain a long-term financial vision for the organization.
• Supervise the Accounts Receivable Coordinator and Accounts Payable/Payroll Coordinator.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of financial accounting functions and methods.
• Demonstrated knowledge of effective communication skills, especially with the geriatric population.
• Ability to compile accurate financial reports and data.
• Strong knowledge of the principles of non-profit fund accounting.
